は + ですか makes a yes/no question about the topic.

  • あなたは学生ですか。

    … you a student?

N は N ではありません

は + ではありません = negative 'is not'.

  • サントスさんは学生ではありません。

    Mr. Santos … not a student.

N も

も means 'also/too' and replaces は.

  • ミラーさんも会社員です。

    Mr. Miller is also an office worker.

国 + 人

Country + 人 with ではありません to say nationality.

  • わたしは日本人ではありません。

    I … not Japanese.

N1 の N2

の connects nouns: B の A = A's B.

  • IMCの会社です。

    It is a company … IMC.

～歳

Age uses N は ～歳です pattern.

  • テレサちゃんは9歳です。

    Teresa … 9 years old.

あの人 は だれですか

あの人 is the topic when asking who someone is.

  • あの人はだれですか。

    Who … that person over there?

N は 国 + 人 です

State nationality with 国 + 人 です.

  • グプタさんはインド人です。

    Mr. Gupta … Indian.

N は 職業 ではありません

Occupation negation uses ではありません.
